½ cup Brown Monkfruit Sweetener
⅛ cup milk of your choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup blanched almond flour
¼ cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
1 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
½–¾ cup Lakanto sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Step 1: Cream butter and Brown Monkfruit Sweetener in a bowl until smooth.
- Step 2: Add milk and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Step 3: Add almond flour, salt, and Classic Monkfruit Sweetener.
- Step 4: Fold in chocolate chips and mix well.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Roll into 1-inch balls or enjoy with a spoon.
