Ingredients

½ cup Brown Monkfruit Sweetener

⅛ cup milk of your choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup blanched almond flour

¼ cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener

1 tsp sea salt or kosher salt

½¾ cup Lakanto sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cream butter and Brown Monkfruit Sweetener in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Step 2: Add milk and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Step 3: Add almond flour, salt, and Classic Monkfruit Sweetener.
  4. Step 4: Fold in chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Roll into 1-inch balls or enjoy with a spoon.
