Ingredients
1 medium banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup plain oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto skillet.
5. Cook 60–90 seconds per side until golden brown.
6. Optional: Add blueberries or chocolate chips before flipping.
Notes
Rest batter for 5 minutes before cooking.
Freeze leftovers with parchment between pancakes.
Serve with nut butter, Greek yogurt, or fresh berries.
